Chicken breast Madrid – corn-fed chicken breast with spicy chorizo, garlic and pea cous cous

Fresh salmon fillet – served with crushed mint potatoes and a butternut squash puree

Cajun chicken salad – fresh and zingy with Cajun spices

Red pepper and haloumi salad – made with roasted red peppers and haloumi

Penne giardino – mixed vegetables tossed with garlic in a white wine and cream sauce, finished with Parmesan shavings

8oz beef burger – made on the premises with prime Scottish beef and served with relish and fries

Margherita pizza – topped with a classic Napoli sauce and mozzarella
