Rigatoni con ‘nduja – rigatoni pasta with crumbled spicy ‘nduja sausage, red onion and roasted peppers in a home made rich tomato and basil sauce with a touch of cream

Cotoletta di pollo – a pan-fried bread crumbed chicken breast served with spaghetti in a home made rich pancetta and tomato sauce

Pizza diavola – a stone baked and hand stretched pizza with San Marzano tomatoes and melted mozzarella with spicy salami Napoli, cherry tomatoes & fresh rocket
