This Big Deal is for a Shellac polish manicure for one, which is available Tuesday to Saturday until 17th July. The treatment will take around 30 minutes.

If you’ve never had Shellac before, it is a half-polish, half-gel colour known for its eye-catching crystal shine. It’s also known for being long-lasting and chip-resistant, plus is easy to remove and doesn’t leave any staining.

Once your nails have been shaped by your beauty therapist, you can choose from the salon’s rainbow assortment of Shellac colours.

So what will it be – femme fatale red, mermaid turquoise or even pearly unicorn pink?

Illusion Hair & Beauty is on Crown Street in the Gorbals, just a 10-minute walk from Glasgow city centre.

Inside you will find bright, modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. Refreshments are served to customers and if you are driving, then there is free parking nearby.

Handily, the salon is open until 8pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
