As we all know, what happens on a girls’ night out stays on a girls’ night out so we couldn’t possibly guess what goes into a good one.
Having said that, we’re willing to bet that cocktails, dinner and a full and frank discussion about the love life of anyone not attending may be involved.
Today’s Big Deal with the award-winning Lisini Pub Co can provide great cocktails and fine food.
The rest is up to you.
It is a great offer.
Valid from the start of January to the end of November 2017, the Big Deal is for four people to each have two cocktails plus a two course meal at any of these Lisini Pub Co venues: Dalziel Park Hotel, Motherwell; Parkville Hotel, Blantyre or Angels Hotel, Uddingston.
The two courses will be from the table d’hôte menu at each venue.
The actual dishes available will vary from venue to venue and will depend on the ingredients in season.
Typical main courses include the grilled sea bream with fried gnocchi, fennel purée and a lightly curried mussel broth or the Moroccan chicken supreme with cous cous, chickpeas, grilled courgette and a yoghurt dressing.
Choose your cocktail
The cocktails on offer include the classic Cosmopolitan and French Martini, or for the Gin lovers out there why not have a Bramble or a Violet Grey Goose Martini. That’s only to name but a few of the cocktails included, theres an extensive cocktail list at each venue.
The three venues are all different but are all great spots for a night out.
Angels in Uddingston has been named a Pub of the Year at the Scottish Entertainment Awards while The Parkville Hotel has been voted Scotland’s Community Pub of the Year.
On the outskirts of Motherwell, Dalziel Park Hotel & Golf Club sits in 250 acres of stunning woodland scenery – ideal for a pre-dinner stroll should you book a summer date for your girls’ night out.
