Bajan sword fish & salt cod fish cakes – served with pickled cucumber & watermelon
BBQ jerk chicken breast strips – marinated for twelve hours & cooked on the chargrill with red slaw
Catch of the day – wrapped in banana leaves & steamed on the chargrill with spring onion, garlic, Scotch bonnets, lemon & coconut milk (GF)
Roasted butternut, chickpea, spinach & coconut – prepared in a Creole style with fresh tomato sauce (GF, V)
Guyanese chicken & coconut curry – slow cooked chicken with fenugreek, a collage of seeds & spices & finished with coconut milk (GF)
Chocolate rum cake with ice cream & warm chocolate sauce
2 scoops of ice cream – choose from raspberry ripple, rum & raisin, vanilla, chocolate & vanilla
