You can choose from Glaswegin, Harris or Eden Mill Love Gin, each of which will be paired with a Fever-Tree tonic and garnish (grapefruit for Harris, orange with Glaswegin and berries with Eden Mill Love Gin – so now you know).

Nibbles will be marinated olives with sourdough & balsamic vinegar, and red pepper hummus with red chutney and sourdough toast.

Retro-chic setting

Based on Main Street in Milngavie, Finsbay is known for its quirky 70s-style decor. So expect patterned wallpaper, rotary dial telephones and artwork that might have graced your granny’s walls when you were little.

But also expect stylish modern touches such as blonde woods and atmospheric lighting, all working together to create a relaxing vibe.

In other words, it’s exactly how we imagine Agnetha from Abba’s apartment might have looked back in the 70s.
