Available from noon until 9pm seven days a week, the Big Deal option one offers a half-metre board of sliders (6 sliders) to share for two people, with fries.

Option two offers a metre board of sliders (12 sliders) to share for four people, with fries.

Burger choices

The beauty of this deal is that it allows diners to order a varied selection of sliders on a board and sample all the creative ingenuity that the Liberte chefs put into their burger menu.

Varieties on offer include the Black Sparrow burger with Cheddar, caramelised onions and jalapenos, the Paris burger with bacon and Brie, the Americano, with bacon, cheese, onions and barbecue sauce, the Cajun chicken burger, spicy bean burger with tomato chutney, or, for patriots, the Auld Alliance burger with smoky Ramsay’s bacon, MacSween haggis and a sweet whisky mayo.
