Gins will be served in snazzy goblets which you can hold aloft while arching an eyebrow enigmatically (always a good look).

Gin and mixer choices may include the following: Boë Violet with blueberries & lemonade; Jinzu with lemon & tonic; The Botanist with grapefruit & tonic; Edinburgh Elderflower with grapefruit & tonic; Rock Rose with raspberries & tonic; Daffy’s with strawberries & tonic; and Whitley Neill with orange & tonic.

This would be the perfect start to a night out in the town – perhaps as a pre-theatre tipple, birthday drinks or aperitifs before a meal?

Exclusive private members’ club

Voted the most stylish venue in Scotland, 29 is normally a members’ only drinks and dining venue, but with this deal, you will gain access to the uber-exclusive space.

The bar has opulent decor and amazing views over Royal Exchange Square. You will have eight exclusive spaces to explore, including the library-like oyster bar and the roof terrace. Expect shimmering LED lights and lots of cosy booths to hide away in.

Stay on and dine

Dinner is not included with this deal but once you’ve finished your G&Ts, you might find that you just don’t want to leave 29. Who could blame you?

Luckily, The Grill at the Square restaurant serves plenty to tempt, including prime hand-cut steaks dry-aged for 28 days for tenderness and flavour. You can also sample locally sourced seafood and signature dishes such as the mussel & leek chowder and chargrilled pork loin steak.

29’s freshly baked bread is also very popular with customers.
