The Hallmark is just a stroll away from Anderston station and also has parking for guests. It is a ten minute walk from Glasgow Central station and twenty minutes from Queen Street station, so it’s easy enough to reach.

In the evening you can head to The Brasserie, the hotel’s smart but informal dining space, to enjoy your two course dinner for two from the set menu.

Menus can change regularly, but sample mains include the kitchen’s signature dish of slow-cooked, spiced lamb shoulder with a Moroccan style vegetable couscous, the slow cooked beef featherblade, and the veggie madras curry with lentil dhal. Classic favourites such as fish and chips, burgers and pastas are also regulars on the menus.

‘Glasgow night out with my wife turned into overnight stay. Decided to stay over rather than cut our night short and heading for the last train home. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly.
