A two course dinner is included in the offer as is a full Scottish breakfast – ideal before a day spent exploring the Fife coast or playing golf.
The hotel’s new Botanist Restaurant opens early December. Head Chef Phil Yates and his superb team offer a wide choice of carefully prepared dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.
The menu changes regularly but typical main courses might be the roast rump of lamb, grilled rib-eye of Borders beef or a vegetarian dish such as spring leek, nettle and wild garlic risotto.
Supplements will apply to some dishes.

Let off some steam in the superbly equipped gym or enjoy a few lengths in the fifteen metre pool. Alternatively, take it easy in the Jacuzzi spa bath, sauna or steam room.
