Sample mains include oven-roasted guinea fowl supreme; pan-fried fillet of salmon, and warm confit of duck. Veggies can tuck into dishes like chickpea, vegetable & coconut curry.

For dessert, expect delights like vanilla & yoghurt panna cotta; warm chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream, and a crème brûlée of the day.
