Eggs Benedict – toasted muffin with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Options to add haggis or Parma ham (supplement applies)

Avocado and eggs – rustic farmhouse bread with smashed avocado and two soft poached eggs

American waffles – two sweet waffles with two fried eggs, two rashers of bacon and maple syrup drizzle

Scottish breakfast – bacon, fried egg, baked beans, tattie scone, grilled tomato, hash brown, butcher’s black pudding sausage, grilled haggis with rustic bread
