Twilight tea

The Twilight Tea is The Principal Charlotte Square’s unique take on afternoon tea. It is served in the hotel’s bright and airy Garden restaurant, which has a glass roof and decor of wood greenery, giving it a chic greenhouse vibe.

The tea includes sophisticated takes on all the sweet and savoury dishes associated with an afternoon tea. Guests can tuck into treats like harissa-spiced sausage rolls, haggis fritters, smoked ham and Isle of Mull cheddar rarebit, whipped pistachio ganache and strawberry eclair, spiced butternut squash cheesecake, and honeycomb chocolate bar with dulce de leche and maldon salt.

The tea can be taken from afternoon right through to the evening.
