Signature Spa

Norton House is proud to host one of Hand Picked Hotels’ signature spas, designed to provide the ultimate space for calm and relaxation.

Sunk in the original walled garden, it offers eight treatment rooms, a Rasul mud chamber, manicure and pedicure area, relaxation room and Amber Lounge – all designed to help you reap the benefits of spa therapies.

This offer has two options.

Available Sunday to Friday, option one is for two people to enjoy a spa day with a Rasul mud experience; afternoon tea for two with a glass of fizz for each guest; hire of robes and towels and full use of the hotel’s extensive health club facilities which include a sauna, hydrotherapy pool, steam room, gym and 18 metre heated swimming pool.

Rasul mud treatment

The Rasul mud treatment is a traditional Arabian cleansing ritual that will relax, cleanse and detoxify.

Taking place in an exotic mud chamber, the treatment begins with guests applying a salt scrub from head to toe.

Next, visitors cover their face, hair and body in Rasul muds which are designed to detox, soften the skin and promote relaxation.

Then it’s time to sit back and let the mud work its magic while you inhale a light steam infused with herbs.

To finish, you’ll go for a tropical rain shower which will moisturise your face and body, leaving the skin silky smooth and fully cleansed.

Champagne spa day with treatment for 1

Option two is for one person to enjoy a spa day at Norton House.

Available seven days a week, the offer includes full use of the health club facilities; hire of robe and towels; cream tea and glass of Champagne plus your choice of either a full body massage or a skin specific facial.

Full body massage - using specially chosen aromatherapy oils, this traditional massage is designed to ease tension, relieve stress and promote a general state of well being

Skin specific facial - providing a powerful skin recharge, this facial will bring back the glow to tired, dull and lifeless complexions. For skin in need of a super-saturating moisture boost, this thirst-quenching facial is perfect

Both treatments will take approximately 55 minutes including consultation and aftercare.

Cream tea includes scones, jam, cream and choice of tea or coffee.

Two guest passes to return for use of the health club facilities on a different day are also included.

There is a £15 supplement for bookings made from Friday to Sunday, payable directly to the spa.

Health club

The hotel’s health club has an 18 metre swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, experience shower, sauna and steam room, and a fitness centre equipped with Technogym equipment. The cafe bar in the fitness centre offers a space to relax and enjoy a bite to eat or a coffee.
