Constructed in Victorian times, the building which is now The Scotsman Hotel once housed The Scotsman newspaper.
The printing presses and inky-fingered journalists are long gone but this fantastic, English Baroque style building retains a dramatic sense of occasion.
The romantic turrets, ornate ceilings and show piece marble staircase are spectacular and so is the contemporary spa which, among other attractions, features Scotland’s first stainless steel pool.
Spa day for 2
Available seven days a week, this Big Deal is for two people to enjoy a relaxing day using the facilities in The Scotsman Spa & Health Club.
As well as a £5 discount on a pre-booked spa treatment, the offer also includes your choice of a splendid afternoon tea or a three course set lunch in the in the wood panelled North Bridge Brasserie, holder of an AA Rosette.

The Scotsman Spa & Health Club features amazing facilities including a state of the art gym, sauna, steam room, spa pool, Jacuzzi and the eye-catching stainless steel swimming pool.
Locally sourced dishes
Having worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants and won numerous awards for his cooking, Executive Head Chef Paul Hart delivers top class cuisine in the North Bridge Brasserie.
Expect fantastic, seasonal dishes using ingredients from local producers, all presented with a contemporary twist.

Spa is open 9am-8pm; lunch is available noon-2pm; afternoon tea is served noon-4.30pm.
Reservations must be made by 31/01/15 at latest or you may forfeit your voucher.

The Big Deal is for 2 people to use the leisure facilities for 1 day at The Scotsman Spa & Health Club. Offer includes a 3 course set lunch or afternoon tea.
Deal also includes £5 credit per person redeemable against one treatment each on the day. Please book in advance and pay supplements directly.
24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to provide sufficient notice may forfeit vouchers.
Suitable for 18 years+. Children are not permitted.
Multiple vouchers may be purchased and used consecutively.
Max of 4 vouchers and 8 people per booking.
Printed vouchers must be presented upon arrival.
