January always seems sunnier when the prospect of a three course dinner lies ahead.
Available seven days a week from 5pm, this offer is for two people to each have three courses from the winter menu in the No 11 Brasserie.
The exact dishes may change depending on the ingredients available each day.
However, typical starters might be the smoked salmon and sun-blushed tomato sausage with a toasted pine nut salad or the local game terrine with pickled walnut and pear.
Popular main courses on the winter menu include the half roast game bird of the day with saffron fondant potatoes and buttered Savoy with pancetta and game jus or the brown crab fennel and pea risotto with toasted pine nuts and Parmesan shavings.
There are also interesting vegetarian options like the sweetcorn and chickpea fritters with peanut and chilli pesto followed by the chilli-rubbed aubergine, courgette and peppers in a tempura batter crispy noodles with wasabi yogurt and soy dip.
Dessert-lovers can enjoy dishes such as the poached apples and pears with Italian meringue and honey glazed almonds or the steamed apricot and plum pudding with vanilla Anglaise.
Dishes from the specials menu and the cheeseboard will be charged a £2.50 supplement.
During December, there is also the option to choose from the Christmas menu for a supplement of £3.
Naturally, there are turkey options such as the breast wrapped with pancetta and served with caramelised carrots, Brussels sprouts, turkey leg croquette and port jus.
Other main course options include the spiced confit of duck leg served with roast winter root vegetables and chorizo Puy lentils and a sticky Glayva jus or the smoked salmon and pea risotto with basil and a Parmesan tuile.
