The most popular of all the classes run by 56 North, this is a great starting point for any gin lover.

Over the course of eight gins, the classes cover gin production; its history; the botanicals and rare spices used in flavouring gin; the liquid itself and, most importantly, what characteristics to look out for when tasting gin. 

Cakes and sandwiches are served as light nibbles during the classes.

The classes last 90-120 minutes and are available Saturday and Sunday.
