A stylish cocktail bar and kitchen, 56 North is a cool venue in which to nose, taste, compare and contrast different gins.

They have over 350 bottles of gin – and rising – from all over the world. This masterclass will help you get to grips with this hugely popular spirit.

Journey with gin

Options one and two are for one and two people respectively to have a Journey with gin masterclass.

The most popular of all the classes run by 56 North, this is a great starting point for any gin lover.

The class is designed to give you a solid understanding of gin, pairing with premium mixers and understanding flavours.  

It’s full of useful gin information and helps both the novice and the experienced gin lover.  

Pay attention at the back as your bartender covers gin history, production and things to look out for when buying.  
The classes sample eight different gins with premium mixers and some light bites of cakes and sandwiches for the group.

The classes last 90-120 minutes and are available Saturday and Sunday.
