Option three is a three course a la carte dinner for two, with sauces and sides, chosen from the Enlightened Eating menu, with a sparkling cocktail on arrival.

Menu highlights

The offers are selected from either the Enlightened Eating menu or the Seasonal Scottish menu.

The Enlightened Eating menu includes starters such as duck liver and pancetta parfait served with spiced poached plum and chargrilled sourdough, or chilli and coriander fishcake bites with tartare sauce.

Mains highlights include venison steak, crispy pork belly, pan-fried salmon, and vegetarian haggis with spiced poached duck egg and curried chickpea stew.

The Seasonal Scottish set menu comprises starters of duck liver parfait, vegetarian haggis and beetroot parcels, and chilli fishcake bites, followed by mains of crispy pork belly with spring onion mash, fillet of sea bass with roast red pepper gnocchi, or grilled goats cheese and Halloumi salad with sunblushed tomatoes, spiced new potatoes and chilli dressing.

Set menu desserts include sticky toffee pudding and traditional Cranachan served with a chocolate spoon.
