The offer includes chateaubriand as well as a bottle of house wine to share.
Individually decorated and with original period features, the Petite Double rooms have free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen multi-channel television; DVD player, iPod docking station and a Nespresso machine serving a range of Grands Crus coffee.
The beds feature 2000 pocket springs with deep sumptuous fillings and the pillows are duck feather and down. Add in a quiet New Town address and a good night’s sleep looks very likely.
Fresh, Scottish ingredients
As well as a full Scottish breakfast, this offer includes chateaubriand for two in the hotel’s Blackwood’s Bar and Grill.
The chefs use natural, fresh and often organic ingredients which have been farmed, caught, raised or bred in Scotland.
