Billy Connolly once advised that you should never trust a man who, when left alone with a tea cosy, doesn’t try it on.
Well, not many tea cosies make elegant headgear but people will do what they have to do.
We advise that you snap up this Big Deal on afternoon tea at the charming No 11 Brunswick Street.
Ten minutes from Princes Street, No 11 Brunswick Street is a gorgeous Georgian townhouse – a very elegant spot for a delicious afternoon tea and a natter.
It is also just five minutes from Edinburgh Playhouse – handy if you fancy a bite before catching Mack and Mabel or Priscilla – Queen of the Desert.
With vouchers valid until the end of February 2016, this offer would also be perfect for a Christmas gift.
A delicious afternoon tea is just the ticket to brighten up a chilly January or February.
Afternoon tea is served from 12.30pm, Wednesday to Sunday, in your choice of the art-lined Brasserie or the cosy guest lounge. The last reservation time is 3.30pm.
This offer is for two people to have a sweet afternoon tea.
The food is splendid. All of the baking items are handmade at the hotel as are the finger sandwiches.
