The Terrace Restaurant is in the Crowne Plaza on Royal Terrace – one of Edinburgh’s finest Georgian streets.

The smart, contemporary restaurant is located on the ground floor and opens out onto the hotel’s beautiful, private, terraced gardens.

Wide choice

Available from noon to 7pm, seven days a week, the offer is for two people to each have a main course from the lunch/pre-theatre menu along with a glass of Prosecco.

The menu changes, depending on the produce in season. Traditional choices might be the Thai green curry or the beer-battered haddock fillet with chips, mushy peas, tartar sauce.

There are two burgers to choose from, and the classic Caesar salad is always popular.

Hearty choices might include the chicken tikka massala or the wild mushroom and spinach risotto.
