Award-winning restaurant

The proud holders of an AA Rosette, Renwicks Restaurant is an airy and inviting space, featuring panoramic views of the golf course and the Border hills. The chefs use only the finest Scottish beef, lamb, pork and wild white fish and, where possible, also source local, organic suppliers for the vegetables and dairy products.

The menu changes regularly but typical starters might be the honey-whipped goat’s cheese with a fig, beetroot and caramelised walnut salad or the Scottish salmon rillettes with a smoked mackerel and apple salad.

Popular main courses include the braised rib blade of Scottish beef with button onions, streaky bacon, mashed potato and red wine jus or the grilled fillet of wild hake which is served with Puy lentils, fennel confit and a sherry vinegar sauce.

There will be a supplement for some dishes.
