Menus can shift with the seasons, but expect starters such as the smooth chicken liver pate with apricot chutney and tiger bread; BBQ glazed pulled pork bruschetta with pickedl red onions, garlic ciabatta and smoked cheddar; and the duo of melon with peach and mango compote and passion fruit sorbet.

Mains might include the peppered breast of chicken with roasted root vegetables, creamed potatoes and perfect pepper sauce; the soft shell tacos with crunchy slaw, Monterey Jack cheese, guacamole, sour cream and salsa and a choice of meats; and a wide selection of burgers, pizzas and pastas.

Sauna and steam room
