Using fresh, local ingredients, the spectacular food produced by Head Chef Paul Moffat is the jewel in the crown at Enterkine House Hotel.
Dining in Browne’s Restaurant in Enterkine is formal but relaxed in atmosphere with elegant décor sympathetic to the period house.
The restaurant is set against the backdrop of panoramic views over the woodland estate but the views on the plate are just as attractive.
Available from noon to 4pm on Sundays, the offer is for two people to have a succulent Sunday roast with all the trimmings, followed by tea or coffee and shortbread.
