Soup of the day served with sliced bloomer bread

Chicken liver parfait with crisp salad, red onion marmalade and toasted brioche bread

Pan-seared scallops with cauliflower purée, pancetta lardons and sweet pea shoots (£2.00 supplement)

Mains

Chicken Balmoral stuffed with haggis on a bed of creamy mash, served with seasonal vegetables and finished with a rich pepper sauce

Haggis and black pudding beef olives wrapped in sliced beef and Parma ham, served with mustard mash and seasonal vegetables

Wild mushroom tagliatelle served with garlic bread

Desserts

Chocolate fudge cake served with cream or ice cream

Apple crumble with sugar & cinnamon coated apples cooked with a sweet crumb and served with vanilla ice cream

Toffeeholic sundae with melted caramel shortcake over caramel and chocolate ice cream, topped with whipped cream (£2.00 supplement)
