Starters

Tower of haggis and black pudding with pepper sauce and parsnip crisps

Tempura of chicken with garlic mayo and a sweet chilli dip

Fresh melon and pineapple with coconut yoghurt ice, passion fruit and caramel

Mains

Double 6oz burger with bacon, cheddar cheese, salsa and onion rings

Salmon topped with brie and prawns with a pesto cream

Vegetable korma with boiled rice and naan bread

The rooms at Lochside House Hotel are decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style and feature free WiFi, ensuite facilities and flat screen TVs.

Your dinner will be served in the Afton Restaurant. Featuring a glass exterior and a wrap around terrace, the restaurant enjoys panoramic views of the loch and surrounding Ayrshire countryside.

Guests can also catch up with the latest news, sport or soaps within the bar area.

Spa experience option

Also available Monday to Wednesday, option two includes an overnight stay in a Classic or Executive Room.

A 40 minute massage or facial for each guest is part of the package along with an hour-long session in the thermal suite and a two course lunch from the tempting Spa menu. Naturally, use of a robe and slippers in the Spa is included.

Guests may choose between a facial, Oriental scalp, neck & shoulder massage, hand treatment or foot treatment.

The Spa at Lochside House Hotel combines Espa products and Espa-trained therapists with luxurious and tranquil surroundings.

Both options include full Scottish breakfast.

Thermal suite

Option two guests are also invited to use the Thermal Suite in the spa.

Guests can enjoy the relaxation pool with its muscle-kneading swan neck fountains; a steam room; Jacuzzi; experience shower; heated seats and loungers, the Thermal Suite is the perfect place in which to unwind.

Afterwards, you can chill in the relaxation room.
