Late checkout at noon ensures a leisurely morning and chance for a stroll after breakfast on your departure day.

The head chef uses fresh local and seasonal produce on a menu that offers a fresh take on traditional Scottish favourites.

Out and about

There is so much to explore in Ayrshire, within easy reach of Fairfield House. Culzean Castle and its grounds is one of the most romantic spots in Scotland, while fans of the national bard will enjoy a visit to the Burns Birthplace Museum.

Weather permitting, golf is an obvious obsession in Ayrshire, but Ayr Racecourse offers alternative sporting thrills particularly during the jumps season.
