Option two is for a two night stay in a townhouse luxury apartment.
Sitting right on the waterfront, these are the pinnacle of the luxury accommodation range at Portavadie.
They combine space, light and contemporary design. The two downstairs bedrooms both have en-suite facilities.
There is also a sauna room and separate walk-in shower. Upstairs the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is flooded with natural light. The spacious balcony offers spectacular coastal views.
Three-bedroom luxury apartments
Option three is for a two night stay in a three bedroom luxury apartment.
With a prime location on the waterfront, these luxury apartments have first floors which feature an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that leads onto a balcony.
There is also a sauna room complete with a double walk-in shower and a double bedroom with an en-suite toilet and bath.
The staircase sweeps up to the second floor, where there are two double en-suite bedrooms, one with private balcony.
The corridor leads to a skylight mezzanine, just the place to kick back and enjoy the views. If it’s a clear night, settle into the sofas and you’ll see a canopy of stars fill the sky.

Hire a bike or kayak or charter a yacht and explore the coastline with the wind in your hair. You might see deer, buzzards, otters, golden eagles, red squirrels and even, if you are very lucky, basking sharks while you are out and about.
You can fish off the rocks, local piers or by taking a boat trip. There are also three, well stocked lochs only five minutes’ drive from Portavadie where you can fish for trout.
