The Loch Melfort Hotel has attracted lots of enthusiastic reviews from happy visitors on TripAdvisor. These are excerpts from longer reviews:
‘Superb mini break. We had one of the refurbished rooms in the old building. It was beautifully appointed with a great view and great facilities… Dinner was good, aperitifs in the lounge and then we took advantage of the set menu. The only criticism was the vegetarian options were very limited but we appreciate that the hotel is catering for a wider audience. We would certainly return! Thank you for a lovely stay.’
‘Wonderful visit here. This is in a beautiful location on a sea loch with lovely views. The staff were very friendly and helpful… The food was delicious! (and I have been told I am a food snob). Comfortable bed and room. Botanical garden right there is a big plus…’
