Macdonald Pittodrie House has many a fan on TripAdvisor. As these recent reviews show:
‘Perfect place for a mini-break. Wonderful setting, delicious food and the best staff I have ever met. Every area of the hotel is so welcoming with log burning fires. The lounge is the perfect place to relax with afternoon tea. All the hotel staff are so friendly and attentive and take time to stop and chat. The chef presents wonderful tasty meals. The only down side is no WiFi or mobile phone reception, but four days without outside influence turned out to be a huge bonus. I will definitely return soon for another taste of their excellent hospitality.’
‘Had a great weekend – great room, great food, really lovely staff. Do not miss the walled garden. The staff are really doing a lot of work on the grounds. Great if you fancy a hike up Bennachie. Close to Aberdeen.’
