Arrived at Cameron House was shown to our table, asked the waitress for water 3 times and never received it, asked to clear some extra cutlery and glasses, waiter arrived with a tray but left glasses and was not seen again!!!!!
Had to wait for a highchair for my wee one, my meal was lovely however my hubby and father in law said their meat was very chewy- they were disappointed, I mentioned this to a lady called Gabriela who didn't take any money off the bill or offer a comp drink, however when we arrived she gave 5 star service with the drinks and explaining the menu. She was amazing however it's a wee shame the other staff weren't as good. I would not rush back and lastly the service charge was added which to be honest was cheeky as the service we had was poor apart from Gabriela, I was disappointed for my hubby and father in law as it was meant to be a wee treat for Father's Day a beautiful venue but really needs to improve on their staff training in fine dining.
