    Sunday lunch

Friendly welcome the moment we arrived at the restaurant from staff and we were quickly show to our table. The Maitre'D is so professional without overdoing it. We settled down to review our menu's with a glass of champagne. Prior to first course arriving we had a number of tasters which were interesting and a suggestion of the quality and taste of food to come. If your a foodie this is heaven. A really nice touch are some of the chefs coming out to serve and explain what you are about to enjoy. I tried the accompanying wines which are matched to your dish and in my opinion took the experience to another level. We have been 3 times before and looking forward to our next already.

French inspired fine dining

The mains are most certainly something to look forward to. The menu might include delights such as the steamed wild sea bass with farmed Ocietra caviar, linguine pasta, cucumber and oyster and champagne velouté or roast loin of Borders’ roe deer with braised gem lettuce, goat’s cheese gnocchi and sauce grand veneur.
