The food was fabulous and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. we went on my daughter's 18th birthday and as it was a Monday the restaurant wa very quiet, to be expected. I found the music a bit loud , however , I have a cochlear implant and I didn't want to make a fuss and ask them to turn it down. It was a bit bright in the restaurant but after 20mins or so a gentleman toned down the lighting and it gave us a more ambient atmosphere. The food was fantastic. The (champagne) cocktail was awful. It was flat and tasted of fruit. Not so good. It was ,however, a good value meal and we were delighted when my daughter's sweet came and the chef had written Happy 18th Birthday on her plate. The owner was a lovely lady and she went out of her way to make sure we were ok. We will definitely be back.
