    Fabulous Meal!

    We originally planned to go on Hogmanay, but had to postpone by one day, due to work commitments. We certainly weren't disappointed! Gorgeous dining room, attentive staff and fabulous choices on the menu. Often fine dining does mean petite portions, but each meal was a generous portion size, and we ended up struggling to finish our desserts. Great from start to finish, really enjoyed it.

    Excellent value for money. Meal very good, portions were very good value for money. We only managed 2 courses so didn't manage a sweet. Maybe next time. We went for the lunch menu. It was very quiet but it is mid season. Will definitely go back

Nick’s signature dishes include Chicken liver and foie gras parfait, Cumberland jelly and toasted brioche, or Pan-fried scrabster halibut, herb mash, wilted spinach, Avruga caviar and chive butter sauce, or Peppered collops of Scottish beef fillet, wild mushrooms, sauté potatoes, fine beans and whisky cream.
