    Lal Qila takes its inspiration from the famous Mogul emperors who made sure that all of their dinner guests got the best possible treatment. It was founded by Mussarat Ali, who dreamt of opening a restaurant when he was just a child in a remote village in Pakistan. Since then, he has won a 2013 English Curry Award and Lal Qila has even featured in a BBC documentary.
