Classic brasserie in city centre With the first Browns opening in 1973, this family of classic brasseries has had plenty of time to polish its offer. Stylish, timeless interiors; smartly turned out staff and simple but well sourced and prepared dishes are key. Located in the old General Post Office building on George Square, the Browns Brasserie and Bar in Glasgow fits the mould neatly.
