All food is cooked to order at Obsession of India. Dishes feature local ingredients, newly picked herbs and exotic spices created on the premises. The overall aim is to serve food that is ‘zesty, fresh and healthy’.
From creamy kormas to spicy madras dishes, there are plenty of traditional curries to sample. House specialities include butter masala, jaipuri and karahi, served with a choice of meats, king prawns, vegetables or paneer cheese.
There are also a number of chef’s signature dishes. These include the king prawn zeera masala made from the restaurant’s very own cumin, and the bhindi ghost, a lamb and okra combination with mixed herbs.
