PLY lies in the heart of the Northern Quarter on Stevenson Square. A bustling bar and pizza hangout with a mirror tiled, woodfired oven.

Its carefully crafted drinks menu includes twists on classic cocktails and craft beer sourced from local and international brewers alike.

PLY is a creative space and design-led concept and in addition to its sourdough pizza and small plates serves up a varied and interesting programme of creative exhibitions and events – so far it has showcased film, illustration, animation and textiles based exhibitions by internationally renowned artists and this programme will continue to develop into 2016.

Also, look out for the doodle wall, which is refreshed regularly by local artists and the library – or PLYbrary – where you can spend a good few hours with a book and your favourite bottle.
