The Sisters Kelvingrove Review

  • Rating Queen of Kelvingrove (Rating 4.6/5)
The Sisters should be elevated to Queens of Kelvingrove for serving top quality Scottish food at great prices. Overseen by chef patron Jacqueline O'Donnell the food is sourced from reputable Scottish suppliers and cooked from well tried and tested recipes. The langoustines, scallops and fish dishes are superb. Their lunch menu provides a limited choice of very tasty and well presented dishes. Try the smoked haddock & leek risotto, the chicken breast with haggis and mustard cream sauce, followed by the puff candy meringue, ice cream and hot butterscotch sauce and you won't be disappointed. There is a decent selection of wines at reasonable prices. The staff are welcoming, efficient and attentive. Highly recommended especially for lunch.
