About The Terrace Lounge - Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor

Champagne lounge in West End

Part of the Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor on Grosvenor Terrace in the West End, The Terrace is a stylish Champagne and cocktail bar. With Venetian-style arched windows overlooking the Glasgow Botanic Gardens, The Terrace is a light and airy space. The seats are deep and comfortable. The semi-curtained pod seats are a real talking point and ideal for those occasions when the gossip is so hot that privacy is paramount. All in all, it is an elegant setting for catching up with friends, watching the world go by, and enjoying a fine wine, innovative cocktail or decadent afternoon tea complete with premium loose leaf teas.

Afternoon tea and more

As well as classic, Prosecco and Champagne afternoon teas, The Terrace has a selection of small bites such as spicy chicken wings, German-style goulash and cheesy haggis nachos.

More hearty appetites may want to take a look at the ‘little larger’ section of the menu. Among other things, it lists char grilled Moroccan chicken pitta; burgers and brioche buns filled with pulled Ayrshire pork with chipotle mayo. There are also sharing boards of charcuterie, cheese and gin-cured gravlax and smoked salmon.

West End attractions and transport

The Terrace is part of the Hilton Glasgow Grosvenor hotel on Grosvenor Terrace in the West End. It is a stone’s throw from the Botanic Gardens. Hillhead Subway station, bus stops and taxi ranks are all a short walk from the restaurant. There is limited on-street parking.
