When we arrived the aroma was amazing. We were greeted by a lovely friendly barperson who directed us to a table. However, that was the only friendly face we saw for the remainder of our visit. Non of the wait staff smiled and if asking them for anything it seemed a bit of a bother. Furthermore, trying to catch they're attention was difficult. It was busy but still feel that that should not have be an excuse. The food was presented well but the risotto my friend ordered although smelling and tasting lovely looked sloppy and almost like pudding. I ordered Pappardelle, king prawn with clams and cream sauce (where were the clams?) and cream sauce. Also in this deal we were to have a dram of Glengoyne whisky which we had to ask for at the end of our meal. I would have liked to have had the chose of weather we had it before or after our meal, the free glass of wine was quite a small measure that perhaps should in future be left out....Sorry Nick dont think I will be back.
