About Nick's Italian Bar and Grill
Lovely food, lovely staff!
We called Nick's very last minute for a dinner booking and the manager was so friendly and accommodating, there was a slight issue with our voucher (our fault!) and she couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting it and volunteering to call 5pm on our behalf. A total breath of fresh air compared to some places where everything is an issue! Sat in a lovely booth, loved the house red wine, food was fantastic, got parked very nearby after 6pm. Great experience overall and can’t wait to go back!
Going back on Friday, love this restaurant
Food is always delicious, service and atmosphere are great, always my number one choice for dining out.
Contemporary West End Italian restaurant
Nick’s Italian Bar and Grill is a contemporary, warm and friendly Italian bar-restaurant in the Hyndland area of Glasgow’s West End. A relaxed and cosy, neighbourhood dining experience, the decor is based on a contemporary Manhattan loft. The mezzanine level compliments the main dining area well and offers a more intimated and secluded section of the restaurant – ideal for more romantic meals.
Fusion of Italian & North American flavours
The main menu, a fusion of classic Italian and North American cuisine, is created using the freshest seasonal ingredients. In addition to a selection of well chosen pizza and pasta options, there is a range of own recipe, handmade burgers and char grilled steaks and chicken.
Other popular dishes include the swordfish in arrabiatta sauce with black olives and fresh herbs and the beef and Barolo stew which is served with potato dumplings. As well as daily specials, diners have the choice of the lunch menu, pre-theatre menu and the bar menu which offers breakfasts and tapas-style dishes.
