About La Vita Spuntini
Great food and great place!
The offer for the 3 tapas, drink and dessert was excellent value for money. There was a great selection and the food was all delicious. Tapas dishes were very substantial and the service was great. It is a busy restaurant but the surroundings are lovely. Would definitely go back very soon!
La Vita Spuntini
5***** restaurant, been 4 times this year and gets gets better. Good luck to Luca the new manager keep up the good work. Definitely our favourite place to eat & drink in Glasgow. The 5pm deal 3 tapas, desert and either a glass of fizz or sangria for £15pp is just a steal. Will be back 100%
Popular Byres Road Italian restaurant
La Vita Spuntini is right in the centre of Glasgow’s exciting West End and offers a leisurely Tuscan dining experience on the otherwise bustling Byres Road. Spuntini is the Italian concept of sharing and is reflected in the restaurant’s varied menu which features smaller ‘tapas-style’ dishes as well as main courses.
Authentic Italian cuisine in relaxed surroundings
Catering for romantic meals as well as larger sociable gatherings, La Vita Spuntini prepares their food with care and attention to detail and boasts an impressive range of fine wines to complement your meal.
La Vita Spuntini’s house speciality is their pennette mia casa (pasta with chunks of chicken, broccoli, mushroom, garlic, cream and a hint of chilli), although other customer favourites include the Italian Scotch egg (Italian spicy sausage meat with egg, rolled with breadcrumbs then fried) and the porcetta (slow cooked pork belly served with a light sauce of Parma ham, garden peas and Mediterranean vegetables). Pizza lovers can also enjoy a classic margherita or opt for something a little different with La Vita’s pizza scozzese, which consists of spicy pepperoni sausage and Stornoway black pudding toppings.
