We were going to a gig in the Hydro so really handy as only 5mins walk away. The pakoras were lovely and fresh. The mains are very limited in choice for a buffet but delicious none the same. This place insists on giving you freshly cooked nans to the table, which is great and would not normally a complaint. However when you're in a rush, as we were, and service is slow, as it was last night, and they don't take your order for the nan as soon as you come in, which they didn't, then it's a problem. We were almost finished our dinner when we received our delicious wafer thin and featherweight chapattis. We would have loved to have enjoyed them fully but they arrived too late in the day. They were the best chapattis that we've ever tasted and we'll definitely order them in future the next time we visitBut why oh why doesn't this restaurant just put some cut up bits of nan out on the buffet. It would make it so much easier for those in a hurry. The size of their nans could feed a third world country and represent such a terrible waste, delicious as they may be. We didn't have. Sweet as we just didn't have the time, due to an rely kick off at the Hydro. Maybe next time.
