    Great service and food

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed from the welcome we got. The service and food after that was first class and it was great value for money. We will definitely be back thanks very much.

Fine Scottish restaurant in Glasgow’s West End

One of Glasgow’s top restaurants, the Bistro at Hotel du Vin, One Devonshire Gardens, is an elegant affair. Oak panelling, crisp linen and very professional service are paired with a serious wine list and sophisticated cooking. One Devonshire has long been a relaxed home-from-home for celebrities visiting Glasgow and the Bistro is just as welcoming to anyone who enjoys excellent food.

Innovative tasting menu

The talented kitchen team in the Bistro at One Devonshire Gardens are passionate about produce which is fresh, seasonal, locally sourced and, wherever possible, organic. Whether guests are enjoying afternoon tea; dining from the a la carte or savouring the seven course tasting menu with matched wines, the food at the Bistro is impeccably sourced, carefully prepared and beautifully presented.

Typical main courses might be the Newtonmore venison with Savoy cabbage, crisp potato puffs, beetroot and juniper sauce or the Mallaig halibut with clams, calamari, saffron and a velouté.
