The food was really good value, 2 courses plus wine for £11 and the portions were massive! Nothing fancy, but not boring standard pub grub either. Good solid dishes with wee interesting twists. The atmosphere is great and the surroundings quirky and interesting. We went on a really muggy night though and almost sweated to death sitting upstairs, the service was a little slower than we'd have like but it was a busy Saturday night and the staff were very apologetic. We'd definitely go back, excellent value given the location.
