    Superb food and great service

We have eaten several times in Fanny Trollopes and always greatly enjoyed it. Last night four of us attended and we had a super meal and fabulous drinks. We had a variety of dishes from the menu and can recommend the vegetarian and meat options as all being packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. Service is also lovely in here. Staff are friendly attentive and know the food. A big positive for the restaurant.

    The best pre-theatre in Finnieston

A night at the SECC always begins with a trip to Fanny Trollopes for the pre-theatre menu. Each time we go the food just gets better... we had the halloumi starter which was amazing followed by the most tender beef and mushroom stew. Dessert was unnecessary but we went for it anyway and chose the chocolate orange mousse and the tropical eton mess. I cannot fault any of these. This was all topped off with a nice Chilean Sauvignon Blanc and really friendly and attentive staff. Will be back again soon.
