About Di Maggio's (West End)
Worth a visit
Four of us had the 5pm deal, 2 courses for £12.50. Great food served by pleasant and attentive staff. Lovely cosy venue. We all had different dishes and enjoyed our dining experience.
Meal with hubby
Great value for money. Goats cheese salad is so tasty. Pizza are great and pasta dish was enormous.
Family friendly Italian restaurant in West End
Part of the popular chain of family-friendly Italian restaurants, Di Maggio’s West End is popular with everyone from families and students to couples and parties.
Children are particularly well looked after with their own menu, highchairs and entertainment packs.
The West End branch was one of the first Di Maggio’s to open in 1987 and is in a handy location in the heart of the West End. It features a cosmopolitan mix of comfortable booth seating; iconic Life magazine covers and an eye-catching, raised open fire.
Italian American pizza & pasta
Di Maggio’s West End knows exactly what Glasgow wants from an Italian American kitchen. There is a big range of pasta and pizza which swings from well known combos like the New York spaghetti and meatballs to house specialties like the Di Maggio calzone which is stuffed with a little bit of everything.
As well as pizza and pasta, there are nachos, stuffed mushrooms, BBQ baby back ribs, mussels and minestrone and that’s just a selection of the starters. The main courses run from chicken, rib and steak dishes to salads and a choice of seafood dishes created with fish landed in Scotland.
The biggest problem you will face at Di Maggio’s in Glasgow’s West End is how on earth do you make a choice?
Byres Road transport links
