Cafe Andaluz West End Review

  • Rating Rating 2.2/5
The food was delicious, better than I remember and the atmosphere was nice and we had a great table but I was very disappointed with the service. A few waitresses tended to our table but the main one was very lackadaisical, with her shirt hanging out and not the best attitude and not the most on the ball. One of the other waitresses that had been nice initially was a bit short when we asked her for a spoon. I was shocked when following our main food, when we decided that we didn't want the sweet and asked could we just be charged for the food individually, as we thought that would work out cheaper than our deal, we were told we couldn't do this. We really couldn't squeeze in any more food so we didn't want to be wasteful so decided not to order sweets and as a result feel that our meal worked out very poor value for money. Not sure we will be going back any time soon after feeling a bit ripped off and like we had received poor customer service - very disappointing.
